• Four-time USTFCCCA First-Team All-American (2019: outdoor 400-meter hurdles / 2018: outdoor 400-meter hurdles / 2016: indoor DMR, outdoor 400-meter hurdles)
• USTFCCCA Second-Team All-American (2017: outdoor 400-meter hurdles)
• Helped U-M's DMR to an All-America finish for the first time since 2007 (2016)
• Big Ten Champion (outdoor: 2016 and 2018, 400-meter hurdles)
• World Junior (U-20) Runner-Up in the 400-meter hurdles (2016 PR 49.45)
• U.S. Junior National Champion (2016 outdoors; 400-meter hurdles)
• USTFCCCA Great Lakes Region Track Athlete of the Year (2018)
• Owns indoor school record at 400 meters (46.42)  

Injuries

- Post tib pain (shin splints): Ever year

- Slight hamstring sprain: Every year

- Bilateral hamstring tendinosis: Senior year (1.25 month recovery)

- Overwork pain: Every year

- Mental/physical Burnout: Sophomore year

 

Every year had minor injuries, ranging from rolled ankles to calf and neck pain.

Proffesional Status

Currently a professional track and field Athlete, sponsored by New Balance Athletics Inc. and training for the 2020 Olympics.
